Salary: $22.00/Hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Washer to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, washing, and preparing metal pallets to meet company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate washing and cleaning equipment used for metal pallets
- Manually clean metal pallets as required, including the removal of debris, grease, rust, and other residue
- Inspect pallets to ensure cleanliness and compliance with quality standards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with other operational duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Ability to operate industrial washing equipment (training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
