Sales Coordinator

Our client, a global leader in the precision optics, medical technology, and advanced manufacturing industry, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role supports customer order processing, sales operations, and coordination between customers, sales representatives, factories, and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where they can provide exceptional customer support while ensuring smooth order execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding inventory availability, lead times, and logistics
  • Convert sales quotations into confirmed customer orders
  • Coordinate between customers, sales representatives, factories, and logistics providers to ensure successful order fulfillment
  • Monitor open orders and provide timely updates until completion
  • Support inventory management activities to assist sales initiatives and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Update and maintain CRM records in collaboration with internal teams
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Provide backup support to service coordination teams as needed
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as required

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, order processing, or a similar support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with SAP or ERP systems is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
