Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Ridgefield, WA. This role requires specialized experience handling fragile goods including glass bottles, wine bottles, and similar delicate inventory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, safety consciousness, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment to move, stack, and organize fragile inventory
• Load and unload trucks with glass bottles, wine bottles, and other delicate products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Follow strict safety protocols for handling fragile goods
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of forklift operation experience
• Proven experience handling fragile goods (glass bottles, wine bottles, etc.)
• Valid forklift certification/license
• Strong attention to detail and precision handling
• Excellent safety record with zero tolerance for safety violations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and operate forklift for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for precise handling of fragile materials
• Visual acuity to safely navigate warehouse environment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (warehouse environment)
