Only applicants with current forklift certification will be considered for this position. Proof of forklift certification is required.

Candidates must have experience operating a sit-down forklift and either a stand-up reach forklift or cherry picker (man-up order picker). Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to support warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role for individuals who have strong forklift experience, enjoy working in a team environment, and take pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift and stand-up reach forklift or cherry picker safely and efficiently.
• Pick orders, load and unload shipments, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Remove and place pallets in storage rack locations.
• Offload containers manually and palletize materials.
• Enter order fulfillment information accurately into the warehouse system.
• Use shipping software and warehouse technology for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification required. Proof of certification must be provided.
• Must have experience with both:
  • Sit-down forklift
  • Stand-up reach forklift or cherry picker (man-up order picker)
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Experience using shipping or warehouse management software preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. (most packages weigh between 30-40 lbs.).
• Ability to manually unload containers and palletize products.
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety.
