Job Title: Repack Associate
Location: Mission, TX

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Repack Associates for a warehouse in the Mission area. This position is responsible for repackaging products, inspecting items for quality, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. We're looking for dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repack products according to company specifications and customer requirements
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues before repacking
• Label, seal, and prepare products for storage or shipment
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $13.00 per hour

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment
• Fast-paced, hands-on position
• Opportunity for overtime based on production needs
