Data Entry Clerk (Bilingual)

Location: Hidalgo, TX
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a growing logistics company in the Hidalgo area. The ideal candidate is organized, computer proficient, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.

• Verify information for accuracy and maintain organized records.

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED.

• Previous data entry, clerical, or office experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.

• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Must be flexible to work until 7:00 PM when business needs require.

• Must be available to work weekends.

• During the training period, weekend availability is required. Once fully trained, the schedule will transition to half-day Saturdays only.

Pay

• $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
