A growing distribution and logistics operation is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead / Shift Team Leader to support daily warehouse activities, coordinate workflow, and help ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met. This position works closely with leadership while serving as a go-to resource for shift team members.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a go-to resource for shift employees
• Help coordinate daily workflow and staffing needs
• Coach, train, and support team members
• Communicate priorities and production goals
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse accuracy
• Identify workflow issues and help solve problems quickly
• Work alongside the team when needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution background preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Flexible schedule with availability for 1–2 weekends per month
