Job Description

• Assists in making product in an equipment line making sure the dough is lined up for the operator

o Making sure patties are marked with food coloring and letter for flavor as they go through to the oven

o Moving the rack of filling from the cooking area to the operator if necessary

o Making unbaked and baked patties

o Clears any blockage at the end of the oven o Flip at oven -patties to be cleared at beginning of oven

o Clean up patties

o Work in the rotation with the rest of the staff

o Must be flexible and work well with communication

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and room daily

• Monitors quality of product

• Helps other areas in need of personnel

• Follows HACCP / SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times

• No experience needed.
