Job Description• Works in a kitchen environment (heat, steam, smell, spices, etc.)• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and room- Floors, racks, trays, any area in kitchen to be cleaned.• Helps other areas in need of personnel approved per Management only• Follows HACCP / SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times• No experience needed, OJT provided
