Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Window Frame Assembler to join our production team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and productivity are essential. While the primary responsibility is assembling window frames, this role also includes supporting other production and warehouse functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window frames according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with other production, assembly, and general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable with a solid work history and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while following all safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with window, door, or aluminum frame assembly.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience interpreting basic measurements or assembly instructions.
• Experience working in a production environment with quality and productivity standards.
