A local hotel is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help with the daily upkeep of the property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn. No certifications or prior maintenance experience are required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the maintenance team with general repairs and property upkeep
• Help with painting and basic maintenance projects
• Move materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow directions from the maintenance supervisor and assist wherever needed
