Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our Production Team as Downline Production Associates on 1st Shift. In this role, you will assist with the efficient packaging, inspection, stacking, and movement of finished products while maintaining quality standards and a clean, safe work environment.

HOURS: 6AM-2PM

WEEKENDS POSSIBLY REQUIRED DEPENDING ON PRODUCTION ACTIVITY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package, label, stack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Remove defective products and notify supervision of quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines.
• Assist machine operators and team members as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and production environments.
• Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.
