🛠️ Job Duties

• Operate single spool machines to meet production goals
• Load tubes into machines and cut materials to specified lengths
• Measure parts using appropriate measuring tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues
• Maintain accurate production counts and records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring and inspection tools accurately

• Exposure to moving machinery and equipment
• Noise levels may require hearing protection
• May experience varying temperatures depending on the work area
