NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Reports to Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and renovation work
• Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 business hours
• Perform general plumbing, painting, furniture repair, and minor electrical repairs
• Assist with HVAC monthly inspections and filter changes
• Monitor and clear sidewalks during snow season
• Assist with unit turnovers including drywall repairs and painting
• Maintain organized inventory of all supplies
• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors
• Serve as second in command of custodial staff when Supervisor is unavailable

Requirements:

• Must Pass Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field
• HVAC certification highly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
