Responsibilities

Perform welding repairs and modifications on dairy systems and equipment
Utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques as required
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field and shop
Assist with mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
Support electrical troubleshooting and repairs when needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers

Qualifications

Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle a variety of repair tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to learn new skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
