Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Finance Specialist in Fayette County, IL. The Customer Service Associate position is a full- time, permanent position with starting pay of $17-$18/hr.

Customer Service Associate Job Requirement:

• Customer service experience
• Computer literate
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Data Entry into database to maintain records
• Support the finance department with tasks such as billing, printing checks, credit card transactions and accounts payable. 

 Customer Service Associate Skills:

• Previous experience in payroll/finance 
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Self-Starter
• Team Player
