The Director of Technology manages the Church and school IT and device infrastructure, keeps computers/student devices/cloud-based systems and sanctuary AV and video systems running reliably. This role owns the Technology Plan, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and replaced on a timely cycle and sound fiscal management.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure and Device Management - Network Reliability, Device Support, Cybersecurity

2. Worship and Production Technology - AVL Management, Worship Coordination, Member Support

3. Technology Plan and Fiscal Management - Lifecycle Planning, Budget Management, Vencor Coordination

4. Compliance and Data Protection - Data Backup

Qualifications:

1. Spiritual Life and Membership

2. Education - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

3. Experience - demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, device fleets, cloud-based systems, experience with live-production AVL for worship or events

4. Skills - Proficient in Google workspace, church/school management software and standard network/device management tools
