Salary: $16.00 - $17.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Janitorial to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors.

 

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas and dispose of it properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any damages or safety hazards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to [50] lbs.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
