Primary Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing press equipment for multiple production jobs throughout the shift
• Adjust machine settings for different tag sizes, print alignment, and printing pressure
• Load blank tags into the machine feeder for production
• Monitor ink color, print quality, and machine performance throughout production runs
• Inspect printed tags to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Package finished products for shipment while performing continuous quality checks
• Perform simple daily preventative maintenance, including oiling equipment
• Keep the press and surrounding work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, printing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine setup and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to identify print quality issues and make necessary adjustments
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)
