Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up finishing equipment for multiple production jobs throughout the shift
• Load paper tags into automated finishing machines
• Attach wire or string to paper tags using production equipment
• Change machine settings based on tag size and wire or string specifications
• Inspect printed tags and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform quality checks on wire and string attachments throughout production
• Bundle finished tags with rubber bands and package them into shipping boxes
• Assemble boxes of various sizes to accommodate finished products
• Perform simple daily preventative maintenance, including oiling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup procedures
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)
