Job Title: Front Desk Representative
Location: Chapin, SC

Pay:
$16.00/hr

Schedule:
Monday- Friday | 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls
Greet customers and visitors
Complete work orders
Create price sheets
Respond to customer emails
Assist customers with selecting materials and colors
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable learning custom products and pricing guides
Reliable attendance and punctuality
