Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced RV Service Technician to join a high-volume, customer-focused RV service department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RV Technician, RV Mechanic, RV Repair Technician, Recreational Vehicle Technician, or RV Diagnostic Technician looking to grow their career in a modern, well-equipped service facility.

Our client services more than 300 RVs per month and operates a large, state-of-the-art shop equipped with modern diagnostic and scanning tools. The team is known for providing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and creating a stress-free experience for RV owners.

Position Overview

As an RV Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of recreational vehicles. You'll work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, propane, hydraulic, and structural systems while providing professional recommendations and repair solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality repairs that help customers get back on the road safely.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose RV system issues through inspection, testing, and customer consultation.
• Utilize diagnostic procedures, technical resources, and repair information to accurately identify problems.
• Determine repair requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present repair estimates and parts replacement recommendations.

RV Repair & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic systems.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and overhauls as needed.
• Repair and maintain RV plumbing systems.
• Repair propane gas systems and related components.
• Diagnose and repair RV electrical wiring and electrical systems.
• Remove damaged exterior panels and repair or replace structural components when necessary.
• Test completed repairs to ensure proper operation and safety.

Team & Shop Support

• Attend staff meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with training and development of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support additional shop operations and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of RV repair experience.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair various RV makes and models.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable utilizing online repair resources and technical information for diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• RVDA Certified Technician certification.
• Experience with advanced RV diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of RV electrical systems, propane systems, plumbing systems, and structural repairs.
• Experience with travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers, and recreational vehicles.
