The Door Holder Production Associate is responsible for performing various production and assembly tasks related to door holder products. This position requires hands-on work including winding, soldering, assembling parts, carrying materials over 40 pounds, and completing other production duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Perform winding tasks according to production instructions and quality standards.

Solder components safely and accurately.

Assemble door holder parts and related products using hand tools, equipment, and production materials.

Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality requirements.

Carry, lift, move, and handle materials or products weighing more than 40 pounds.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow company safety rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Report equipment problems, defective materials, or safety concerns to a supervisor.

Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, and other team members to meet production goals.

 

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull more than 40 pounds.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands for extended periods.

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Must be able to work in a manufacturing or production environment.

 

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, winding, or soldering experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Willingness to learn and perform different tasks as needed.

 

Work Environment

This position is performed in a production/manufacturing setting. The employee may be exposed to tools, machines, soldering equipment, materials, and typical manufacturing noise levels. Personal protective equipment may be required.
