Warehouse Associate with Leadership Growth Opportunity - Geismar, LA - D207

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are recruiting for a dependable, hands-on team member who is ready to learn every aspect of our warehouse operations and grow into a leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career with a stable, locally respected company.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Operate forklift and warehouse saw equipment (training provided if needed)
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
• Package and ship outgoing orders
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Learn all warehouse functions and support daily operations
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and leadership team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn every aspect of warehouse operations
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Team player who leads by example
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical warehouse duties
