Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Seasonal Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Laborer to work with one of our valued clients in Alma, WI.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
Location: Alma, WI

Job Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Groundskeeper, you'll help maintain the client's facilities and grounds by performing a variety of outdoor maintenance and general labor duties, including:

• Cut weeds and mow grass using riding and push lawn mowers.
• Operate weed trimmers and hedge trimmers to maintain landscaped areas.
• Paint the interior and exterior of buildings and equipment.
• Clean buildings and equipment.
• Wash windows and assist with general facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements

This position requires operating riding and push lawn mowers, weed trimmers, hedge trimmers, ladders, and small hand tools. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, climb ladders, reach, stretch, twist, and grasp with both hands throughout the workday.

Work Environment

This position is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve working in changing weather conditions, including extreme heat. Employees may also be exposed to loud noise, dust, fumes, odors, and occasional mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards.
