Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor metal manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
• Accurately measure materials and finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
• Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of metal manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a metal production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and production documents preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
