We are seeking a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder for a full-time opportunity with a rapidly-growing company here in Lafayette.

• Strong aluminum MIG welding experience
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds that meet quality standards
• Attention to detail with a focus on precision and minimal rework
• Experience creating welds suitable for customer-facing products
