Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hogansville, GA, 30203. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our facility. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance.

  • Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in industrial setting.

  • Welding of mild steel 

  • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as wiring, and electronic components.

  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to identify potential problems before they escalate.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

  • Ability to follow Programmable Logistic Controller (PLC) programming, troubleshooting issues using PLC diagnostics (i.e. Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000).

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Strong mechnical aptitude with knowledge of electronics; PLCs and Servo motors
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and basic programming is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
