Customer Service / Industrial Order Entry

Now hiring an experienced industrial order processor with exceptional customer service skills for the Springfield location of an international company. 

Pay: $20 to $25/hour

Hours: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday Full time position, direct hire

Education: associate's degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: prior customer service representative experience especially with industrial equipment or manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Prepare new equipment quotations.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system.
• Handle order support activities.
• Work with company software, including price books, SAP, Microsoft Access, and other programs.
• Collect required data to handle customer requests effectively.

• Strong ability and desire to think critically, help identify process improvement areas
