Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift safety inspections before operation.
• Check oil, water, and fuel levels prior to use.
• Supply production lines with empty pallets as needed.
• Remove palletized product from production lines and transport to the stretch-wrapper.
• Operate the stretch-wrapper and replace stretch film when necessary.
• Store finished products accurately in designated inventory locations.
• Load trucks according to Bills of Lading (BOLs), ensuring correct quantities and SKUs.
• Communicate any BOL changes to dispatch or office personnel.
• Perform physical inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment by restacking pallets, removing debris, and cleaning equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb on and off equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and write English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
