Fulfillment Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Location: South Charlotte, NC

Pay: $16.50/HR

Your Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process incoming orders.
• Picking & Packing: Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards.
• Quality Packaging: Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
• Productivity Goals: Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a must.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
