Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Customer Service leasing agent for a property in Laguna woods.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $24.00/Hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors
* Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
* Process leasing applications and maintain accurate records
* Enter and update resident and lease information in company databases
* Prepare and process leasing documentation
* Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Create and maintain identification cards and resident files
* Prepare reports and support administrative projects
* Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely processing
* Maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

* Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
* Leasing or property management experience is a plus
* Strong data entry and computer skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and phone etiquette
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
