What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll spend your days building relationships with local businesses and introducing them to Express Employment Professionals' workforce solutions.

You'll:

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers throughout your territory
• Prospect new clients through face-to-face visits, phone calls, networking, and appointments
• Learn consultative sales techniques to uncover customer needs and provide solutions
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Follow a structured sales process and activity plan
• Collaborate with an energetic team focused on achieving goals and celebrating wins

This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role that combines time in the office with time meeting people throughout the community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped New Client Commissions
• Monthly and performance-based bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings: $48,000-$60,000+
