What You'll Do

• Find talent others miss
• Build recruiting pipelines before clients ask
• Master social media, recruiting software, ATS tools, referrals, networking, and grassroots recruiting
• Interview, evaluate, and place exceptional candidates
• Build relationships that create repeat placements

REQUIREMENTS

• Recruiting experience in light industrial and skilled trades
• Staffing agency recruiting experience (preferred)
• Strong computer and typing skills (45 WPM+)
• ATS experience
• Confidence using LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and modern recruiting technology
• The drive to compete, win, and continuously improve
