Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and processing equipment, utilities, refrigeration systems, and facility equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, piping systems, control panels, pneumatic systems, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to maximize machine uptime and operational efficiency.
• Train and assist other maintenance personnel with equipment maintenance and setup procedures.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, repairs, equipment history, and parts usage.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping requirements.
• Participate in department meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of machine maintenance and repair experience required.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Utilities Operator, Refrigeration Technician, or Preventative Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Manufacturing, processing, food production, beverage production, or GMP environment experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to pass a maintenance aptitude assessment.
