Medical Front Desk - Part Time:
Do you have experience working in a medical office? We have a great temporary opportunity at a physical therapy medical office in South Asheville with the chance to make an impact in our community. **You do need to be detail oriented with the capability of multitasking. **

 

The Important Stuff:
• Pay Rate is $18+DOE
• Schedule is part time - Monday through Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm or 5:30pm with flexibility to work other hours if needed
• Convenient in the South Asheville area

 
Things to keep in mind:
• This position requires someone who is very detail oriented
• You need to be able to work with patients
• Previous medical office experience a plus
• You will need computer skills and communication skills for this position
• You will need a background check for this position

• Helping to room patients
• Scheduling and rescheduling appts
• You will help with the day-to-day tasks of keeping the rooms clean

• Help with physician referrals
