Warehouse/Counter Sales

 

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Counter Salesperson to provide excellent customer service and support walk-in customers. This role combines customer service, sales, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.

 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases, product questions, and order pickups.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter and warehouse.
• Process customer returns and refunds according to company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
• Support warehouse operations by stocking inventory and pulling customer orders.
• Operate sit down forklifts as needed to move warehouse materials. 
• Work safely while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detailed oriented and willing to learn new skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working in both a sales counter and warehouse environment.
• Must have previous warehouse experience 
• Previous sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
