• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Support account growth and business development efforts
• Collaborate with operations and outside sales teams

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Sales, customer service, account management, or industrial experience preferred
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, construction, material handling, rigging, or related industries is a plus
