Customer Service / Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to support customers, provide product information, prepare quotations, and assist with business development activities. Job Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication methods
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer opportunities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide support for account growth and customer retention efforts
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer support teams to meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with business development and sales support activities
• Follow company policies and provide professional customer service at all times

Qualifications
