Route Delivery Driver Opportunity

Are you an experienced Delivery Driver, Route Driver, or Local Driver looking for a stable, full-time position with a company vehicle provided? We are seeking a dependable Route Delivery Driver to service existing customers throughout the Allegan and Coloma territory.

This is a direct hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the ability to earn additional compensation for every item delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver to existing customer locations.
  • Safely operate a company truck throughout the assigned route.
  • Load and unload products at customer sites.
  • Use a dolly to transport products from the truck to designated delivery areas.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
  • Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15.00-$19.00 per hour
  • Additional $0.25 for every item delivered
  • Direct hire position
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Monday-Friday work schedule
  • Day shift hours with evenings and weekends off

Requirements

  • Valid Chauffeur's License required.
  • Ability to safely drive a company delivery truck.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday.
  • Frequent loading and unloading of product from the box truck. 
  • Ability to move products using a dolly and transport them to customer locations.
  • Constant physical activity including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
