Pay Rate: $18.50-$20.50/hr DOE

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Overview:

We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Optical Medical Administrators to join a team in Asheville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in the optical field. You will work alongside multiple doctors in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the optical office and assist multiple doctors.
• Manage patient appointments and records using computer software.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
• Travel to other office locations when necessary (mileage reimbursement provided).

Requirements:

• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Medical background is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for potential travel to other office locations.
