Inside/Outside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team serving the Coloma and Allegan territories. This role combines business-to-business (B2B) sales, territory management, prospecting, and customer relationship building.

The primary responsibility is developing business by visiting local organizations and commercial customers, including hospitals, law offices, business parks, and other businesses. Representatives will promote and sell water dispenser solutions, focusing primarily on bottleless systems that offer customers a convenient and cost-effective option.

Sales representatives will work from an existing book of business while also identifying and developing new customer opportunities within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales visits to businesses throughout the Coloma and Allegan territories.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through in-person sales calls.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
• Promote and sell water dispenser solutions, primarily bottleless systems.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory using a company-provided vehicle.
