Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled preventative maintenance during downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and test machinery to ensure proper operation
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment safely
• Report equipment issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
