Key Responsibilities

• • • • Answer customer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and general questions.
      • Enter and process customer orders accurately.
      • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
      • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
      • Provide exceptional customer service to promote customer satisfaction and retention.

      • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
      • Weigh products and packages using shipping scales to ensure accurate shipping costs and compliance with carrier requirements.
      • Create shipping labels and prepare shipping documentation.
      • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
      • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
      • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
      • Support inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
      • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

Qualifications

• • • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Previous customer service, warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
    • Basic computer skills, including email and order entry systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy when weighing, packing, and shipping products.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 10AM-2PM
