Express Employment Professionals is seeking a

 

Line Auditor
The Line Auditor is responsible for monitoring production processes and conducting quality audits throughout the manufacturing line to ensure products meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory specifications. This role helps identify defects, process deviations, and areas for improvement while supporting continuous quality and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

      • Perform routine line audits during production shifts to verify compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.
      • Inspect products at various stages of production for defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformances using MICROMETERS.
      • Verify that production personnel follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
      • Complete audit documentation, inspection reports, and quality records accurately and timely.
      • Monitor critical control points and process parameters to ensure product specifications are met.
      • Identify, document, and report quality issues to production and management teams.
      • Assist with investigations of product defects, customer complaints, and process deviations.
      • Support corrective and preventive action activities to reduce quality-related issues.
      • Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections as required.
      • Maintain calibration and proper use of measuring and testing equipment.
      • Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally with production personnel and supervisors.
      • Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, GMPs, ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.
      Assemble products using hand tools and basic equipment
    • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
    • Package items according to company standards
    • Label, box, and prepare orders for shipping
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Follow safety guidelines and production procedures

Qualifications

    • Previous assembly, packing, or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
    • MUST be able to read Micrometers 
    • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Reliable attendance and good work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM
