Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements that increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce manufacturing costs
• Work directly with production teams on the manufacturing floor to support daily operations
• Provide hands-on technical support by troubleshooting equipment, tooling, and process-related issues
• Investigate root causes of production challenges and implement corrective actions
• Document process changes, standard operating procedures, and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements based on data analysis
• Support manufacturing projects, process validation, and production optimization efforts
• Assist with lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and continuous improvement programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering-related software

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Manufacturing process optimization experience
• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Experience supporting production equipment and manufacturing systems
• Project management experience within a manufacturing environment
