Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload cabinets and components onto the paint line
• Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process
• Inspect products for damage or defects before and after painting
• Ensure cabinets are properly positioned for painting and finishing operations
• Maintain production flow to meet quality and performance standards
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, paint line, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive motions involving lifting and material handling
• Work safely around production equipment and moving conveyor systems
