Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Learn press operation processes and become proficient within the first six months
• Inspect parts for quality defects and verify products meet specifications
• Stack, package, and organize completed parts for shipment or further processing
• Maintain accurate production and quality standards
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris and trash
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to learn and operate industrial press equipment within six months
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills preferred
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work safely around production machinery and equipment
