Inside Sales Representative - Customer Service & Sales

Job Duties

• Assist customers in person, by phone, email, text, and online chat
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and rental options
• Develop knowledge of available products, programs, and services to provide informed recommendations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Generate repeat business and customer referrals through positive customer interactions
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and engage with customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records using CRM software
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet established sales and customer service goals through relationship-building and solution-based sales

Qualifications

• Background or experience in music, music education, band, orchestra, private lessons, or a related field preferred
• Previous customer service, retail, inside sales, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn product information and confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn CRM and business software systems
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Saturday hours required
