OVERVIEW

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Battery Sales Representative for a local company in Lillington, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an established sales route, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, overseeing inventory, and meeting measurable sales goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring customer's battery racks are organized, clean and fully stocked
• Stocking your truck daily based on route sales
• Track and report on battery units sold, gross profit and core return weights
• Weigh and Log all core returns
• Process returned battery cores: removing stickers, wrapping, weighing and stacking on pallets
• Assisting customers with special purchases
• Accurately maintaining and billing all accounts, including warranty transactions
• Attending weekly sales meeting and training seminars
• Representing the company in a professional manner consistent with company core values

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in delivery and sales
• Must meet background and MVR requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
