  • Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr
  • Schedule: 18–20 hours/week | Tentative: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
    Availability: Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

 

Type: Temp-to-start, with potential for long-term full-time

Are you organized, personable, and experienced in a medical office setting? We’re looking for a dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to support a busy and patient-focused medical practice during peak days at their Ocala West location.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and office needs.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer incoming calls and confirm appointments
  • Navigate and utilize the office’s scheduling and computer systems
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a medical office or similar setting
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette
  • Comfortable using office technology and scheduling software
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
